Week One-Intro to Tammy!

Hi!

I'm Tammy Allen, and I'm a permanent substitute teacher working in the Ralston, South Sarpy, and Yutan Districts.  I also am the Marketing Director at Family Fun Center XL.  I'm a 2008 graduate of Peru State College, with a degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.  Perhaps when my teenage children fly the coop, I will pursue a career as a full time teacher.

I'm a PC person, although my daughter is introducing me to the finer points of the Mac experience with her Apple.  The extent of the technology I use everyday is Facebook, e-mail and the Internet for information and shopping.  In the classroom, I have limited use of technology in the classroom because the teachers don't leave their passwords.  My PC uses MS Office 2010.

I enjoy substitute teaching, so I am taking this class to retain my certification. I am taking the class at Peru State College because it is convenient.  They already had all my transcripts!
